OVERVIEW

The TenSleep Project covers approximately 3,000 acres located 10 miles west of Kaycee, Wyoming. The project represents a unique uranium opportunity in the state, displaying geological characteristics similar to high-grade unconformity-style deposits in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. Historical underground mining at the Jeri-Marie mine in the late 1950s, along with drilling in the 1970s, confirmed the presence of uranium mineralization. Historical data is currently being reviewed to refine an exploration program, targeting deeper unconformity-style uranium zones and assessing suitability for in-situ recovery (ISR).

GEOLOGY

Uranium mineralization at TenSleep is associated with the contact between the TenSleep Formation and the overlying Phosphoria Formation. The TenSleep Formation is approximately 380 feet thick, consisting of fine- to medium-grained sandstone. Historical drilling indicates uranium occurs at both the upper and lower contacts of the formation, with the lower contact representing a largely untested target for unconformity-style uranium mineralization.

PAST EXPLORATION

Historical exploration includes underground mining at the Jeri-Marie mine in the 1950s, which confirmed uranium presence. Between 1971 and 1972, Aquarius Resources and Northwestern Energy drilled 111 holes identifying two uranium-bearing zones. In 1978-1980, Cherokee Exploration recognized the potential for unconformity-style uranium but did not follow up due to market conditions. These historical results indicate significant mineralization, but the deeper unconformity target remains largely untested.

EXPLORATION TARGET

A targeted drill program is being developed to delineate the extent of uranium mineralization at both the upper and lower contacts of the TenSleep Formation, evaluate ISR amenability, and leverage historical data combined with modern geological modelling.
