MANAGEMENT

Ted Wilton

Technical Advisor

Mr. Wilton is a senior-level geologist with an extensive range of technical and managerial experience from “greenfields” to advanced-stage mineral exploration, development, and production-related geological programs, primarily for gold and uranium. He is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology with a BGS degree in Geology and Mineral Engineering and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the AIPG. In addition to his extensive experience working in the United States, Mr. Wilton has wide-ranging geographic experience including Australia, New Zealand, Russian Far East, Southwest Pacific region, and Latin America. Mr. Wilton has managed exploration programs that discovered eight ore deposits containing more than ten million ounces of gold [all developed into mines] in the Jerritt Canyon district of Nevada, Sulphur District, Nevada and in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Mr. Wilton’s uranium experience spans 50+ years including early on as a mine and/or exploration geologist for projects in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. He spent six years with Neutron Energy, ultimately as the company’s Chief Geologist, responsible for all phases of the Company’s technical activities.

Mike Neumann

Technical Advisor

Mr. Neumann has 40+ years in environmental and regulatory affairs, specialized in uranium mine permitting in the US and Kazakhstan. He was instrumental in gaining regulatory approval for expansion of the Daneros mine and compliance for the Tony M and Rim Mines.

Tyler Johnson

Technical Advisor

Mr. Johnson has 15+ years formerly with Denison Mines and Energy Fuels. He is a geologist specializing in exploration, mine development, and resource estimation for uranium and vanadium projects.

Joshua Holland

Technical Advisor

Mr. Holland has mining industry and manufacturing startup experience of over 19 years. He held a variety of positions at Westwater’s uranium mining projects in South Texas including Environmental Health and Safety Manager and Manger of South Texas Operations. Through his time on these projects, he helped oversee production and reclamation operations. Most recently he functioned as Westwater’s Director of Environmental and Government Affairs for an advanced battery graphite mining and manufacturing startup in Alabama. He successfully oversaw permitting for this greenfield project, provided guidance working with senior management building good government relations, and supported operational needs of the startup. Mr. Holland earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and is a Registered Environmental Manager.

J.J. Brown

Technical Advisor

Ms. Brown has more than 25 years of professional experience as a consulting geologist, including geologic and geotechnical exploration, analysis, and reporting associated with mineral resource development, construction materials, oil and gas energy resources, rural municipal and oilfield infrastructure, and waste disposal siting and remediation. Ms. Brown is a licensed Professional Geologist in the states of Idaho and Wyoming, and is recognized as a Qualified Person (QP) with regard to geology and mineral resources according to United States, Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101), Australian (JORC), and South African (SAMREC) standards. She has conducted site inspection, geologic field reconnaissance, and data verification as an independent QP for a variety of gold, silver, and multiple commodity projects throughout the western U.S., Mexico, Europe, and South America. J.J. has contributed to more than thirty NI 43-101 Technical Reports on geology, exploration, mineral resources and reserves, economic assessment, and pre-feasibility and feasibility level studies over the past ten years. Ms. Brown’s professional specialties are field exploration, including exploration program design and oversight, and technical reporting.

Mike Thompson

Technical Advisor

Mr. Thompson has over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, environmental compliance, and mine reclamation. He was the VP of Exploration for American Future Fuel Corporation, focusing on the Cebolleta Uranium Project in New Mexico, and is a principal at Reardon Steel LLC, a consulting company in Colorado since 2006. He managed NUECO LLC from 2011 to 2018, handling uranium property acquisitions and sales. Previously, he worked with Caldera Mineral Resources for 9 years on the Camp Bird Mine project in Colorado. He also served as VP of Exploration and Development for Midasco Capital Corporation, developing uranium properties in the U.S. Mr. Thompson graduated magna cum laude from Fort Lewis College with a BS in Geology and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
