Mr. Healey brings over 20+ years of extensive experience as a finance professional and recognized uranium expert to his role as the CEO of PUR. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Healey dedicated 16 years of his career as a Mining Research Analyst at Haywood Securities, specializing in uranium and other commodities. Throughout his tenure, he consistently earned high rankings in the Bloomberg Portfolio BARR Ranking, and securing the top position for uranium equities on a 3-year basis.

Before his time at Haywood, Mr. Healey served as an analyst at a major Canadian bank, where he specialized in structuring debt financing across diverse industries. Additionally, he spent 8 years as a Quality Manager at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory which performed extensive assay and analysis work for major mining and precious metals refining companies, as well as conducting R&D support programs for a wide array of industries.

Mr. Healey holds an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, majoring in finance and investments, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Humber College.

Mr. Suda brings 15 years of capital markets experience, along with strong relationships and expertise in corporate strategy, capital raising, sustainability performance and marketing. Mr. Suda is the former CEO of American Future Fuel before it was acquired by Premier American Uranim in June 2024. Mr. Suda is a finance professional that has previously served as Managing Director at both, Beacon Securities Limited, a global investment bank, and Paradigm Capital, a research driven investment dealer. He has been instrumental in raising over $10 billion for private and public companies across both roles. Throughout his career in the capital markets, Mr. Suda established strong relationships with institutional managers. Mr. Suda is a graduate, with honours, of York University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies.

Mr. Duras is a senior executive with 23+ years of experience working in the resource sector in corporate development, financial management and cost control positions. He’s held the position of CFO at several publicly traded companies, including Savary Gold Corp., Nordic Gold Corp and Avion Gold Corp., and spearheaded large corporate financings. He is currently the CFO of Emerita Resources Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc. Mr. Duras holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Lakehead University and completed his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 1998.

Mr. Atkinson is a finance professional with experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and corporate finance. Jason has spent time as an Investment Banker at a full-service Canadian investment dealer primarily focused in the metals and mining sector. He played a crucial role in raising capital and offering advisory services to both private and publicly listed uranium companies. Most recently, Jason has provided corporate development advisory services to several companies across multiple industries. He holds an MBA from the Degroote School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Williams brings over two decades of mining and finance industry experience to PUR and he is currently the CEO of IsoEnergy Ltd. His diverse background includes roles in senior management and corporate development, equity research, fund management and investment banking in the metals and mining sector with a focus on uranium. As a research analyst at Westwind Partners, Mr. Williams launched coverage on the uranium sector in 2007. In late 2008, he joined Pinetree Capital, a natural resource focused investment fund as VP Business Development. During this time, he was responsible for analyzing and monitoring uranium investments and was also appointed to the board of directors of several investee uranium companies. In 2012, he joined Dundee Capital Markets (now Eight Capital) in the investment banking group. As a Managing Director, he completed equity financings across a wide range of commodities and was a named advisor on multiple M&A transactions in the uranium sector. In 2017, Mr. Williams was a co-founder of Uranium Royalty Corp., serving as President, CEO and Director. In March 2020, Mr. Williams joined NxGold (formerly Consolidated Uranium) and has been responsible for executing the plan to consolidate and develop uranium projects around the world. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s degrees in commerce.
