Premier American Uranium is acquiring Nuclear Fuels to create one of the largest pure-play uranium explorers in the U.S.

This transaction will bring together two highly complementary portfolios, uniting our Cyclone Project in Wyoming’s Great Divide Basin with Nuclear Fuels’ Kaycee Project in the Powder River Basin. The combined companies would control 12 uranium projects across five key U.S. states, including advanced assets like the Cebolleta Project in New Mexico.
