Colin Healey

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Healey brings over 20+ years of extensive experience as a finance professional and recognized uranium expert to his role as the CEO of PUR. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Healey dedicated 16 years of his career as a Mining Research Analyst at Haywood Securities, specializing in uranium and other commodities. Throughout his tenure, he consistently earned high rankings in the Bloomberg Portfolio BARR Ranking, and securing the top position for uranium equities on a 3-year basis.

Before his time at Haywood, Mr. Healey served as an analyst at a major Canadian bank, where he specialized in structuring debt financing across diverse industries. Additionally, he spent 8 years as a Quality Manager at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory which performed extensive assay and analysis work for major mining and precious metals refining companies, as well as conducting R&D support programs for a wide array of industries.

Mr. Healey holds an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, majoring in finance and investments, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Humber College.

Greg Duras

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Duras is a senior executive with 23+ years of experience working in the resource sector in corporate development, financial management and cost control positions. He’s held the position of CFO at several publicly traded companies, including Savary Gold Corp., Nordic Gold Corp and Avion Gold Corp., and spearheaded large corporate financings. He is currently the CFO of Emerita Resources Ltd. and Red Pine Exploration Inc. Mr. Duras holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Lakehead University and completed his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 1998.

Ted Wilton

Technical Advisor

Mr. Wilton is a senior-level geologist with an extensive range of technical and managerial experience from “greenfields” to advanced-stage mineral exploration, development, and production-related geological programs, primarily for gold and uranium. He is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology with a BGS degree in Geology and Mineral Engineering and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the AIPG. In addition to his extensive experience working in the United States, Mr. Wilton has wide-ranging geographic experience including Australia, New Zealand, Russian Far East, Southwest Pacific region, and Latin America. Mr. Wilton has managed exploration programs that discovered eight ore deposits containing more than ten million ounces of gold [all developed into mines] in the Jerritt Canyon district of Nevada, Sulphur District, Nevada and in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Mr. Wilton’s uranium experience spans 50+ years including early on as a mine and/or exploration geologist for projects in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. He spent six years with Neutron Energy, ultimately as the company’s Chief Geologist, responsible for all phases of the Company’s technical activities.

Mike Neumann

Technical Advisor

Mr. Neumann has 40+ years in environmental and regulatory affairs, specialized in uranium mine permitting in the US and Kazakhstan. He was instrumental in gaining regulatory approval for expansion of the Daneros mine and compliance for the Tony M and Rim Mines.

Tyler Johnson

Technical Advisor

Mr. Johnson has 15+ years formerly with Denison Mines and Energy Fuels. He is a geologist specializing in exploration, mine development, and resource estimation for uranium and vanadium projects.

Joshua Holland

Technical Advisor

Mr. Holland has mining industry and manufacturing startup experience of over 19 years. He held a variety of positions at Westwater’s uranium mining projects in South Texas including Environmental Health and Safety Manager and Manger of South Texas Operations. Through his time on these projects, he helped oversee production and reclamation operations. Most recently he functioned as Westwater’s Director of Environmental and Government Affairs for an advanced battery graphite mining and manufacturing startup in Alabama. He successfully oversaw permitting for this greenfield project, provided guidance working with senior management building good government relations, and supported operational needs of the startup. Mr. Holland earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and is a Registered Environmental Manager.

Jason Atkinson

Corporate Development

Mr. Atkinson is a finance professional with experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking and corporate finance. Jason has spent time as an Investment Banker at a full-service Canadian investment dealer primarily focused in the metals and mining sector. He played a crucial role in raising capital and offering advisory services to both private and publicly listed uranium companies. Most recently, Jason has provided corporate development advisory services to several companies across multiple industries. He holds an MBA from the Degroote School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
